Overview
The Academy is an intensive week-long program that immerses students in a simulated real-life environment where they rotate through learning labs each day. It combines group programming with individualized coaching, so students leave with both experience and a plan.

What's included
- Five days of group programming with four rotating learning labs
- One individual 30-minute session with an LCSW facilitator for each student
- A branded CLS career portfolio binder — interest assessment, strengths worksheet, resume draft, and postsecondary plan
- Certificate of completion suitable for student records and IEP documentation
- A written progress letter for each student's parent or guardian
- Mock job fair with local employers and professionals on the final day
- Two guest speakers presenting on career pathways and workplace expectations
- One community field trip with transportation included
- All curriculum materials and program supplies
- Daily meals and snacks
